Spring 2015 Fundraiser
Board members have generously pledged $12,500 for a 1-1 matching grant for our spring fundraiser. If we can raise $12,500 or more by April 30, Yavneh will receive the matching funds, yielding the $25,000 we need to complete our fiscal year in a balanced manner.
About 80% of Yavneh’s very lean budget goes to support a full-time rabbi, a cantor’s contract, and a (very) part-time administrator.
The balance of our income covers rental of our worship and program space, accounting services, office and program supplies, and insurance. We have been blessed by a generous congregant’s donation of meeting space for our Board, as well as a professional phone system and secure mail box.
