Join us on Friday night, March 8th, for a special Shabbat dinner and schmooze with the Rabbis!
Come meet Rabbi Harold Caminker and enjoy a catered Mediterranean buffet dinner* (vegetarian and vegan options available), followed by general schmoozing and a spirited discussion led by Reb Harold.
As you may be aware, Reb Raachel has announced her intention to retire as Yavneh's spiritual leader at the end of this year. While she and Stephen will continue to be vital and involved members and teachers in our community, we have begun the process of finding someone who can serve Yavneh as our rabbi moving forward.
Reb Harold, who will be leading Shabbat morning services the following morning (March 9), will be relocating to this area in the coming months, and has expressed an interest in serving as Yavneh's next rabbi. As this process moves forward, we will, of course, seek input from community members, so please take advantage of this opportunity to get to know Reb Harold.
* Requested Donation - $18/person, $36/family (or whatever your budget allows). YOU MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND.
